Biography - Joan Hill

With over 20 years consulting experience in the areas of leadership, team building coaching and career planning, Joan Hill is the president of CORE Consulting Inc. Joan and a strategic partner of Robert Harris Resources Inc.

Joan and her colleagues have consulted to over 1,000 organizations in Canada and the U.S. in virtually every industry sector including financial services, automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, packaged goods and professional services.

Joan is consistently praised for her ability to hone in on key issues and develop practical, results-oriented business strategies, as well as for her outstanding instructional design and facilitation skills. She is widely recognized as an exceptional management consultant.

She has conducted hundreds of workshops in leadership, team building, coaching and career planning. Joan has also appeared on television about pressing workplace challenges and is the author of “Coaching for Career & Job Satisfaction” and with Robert Harris is the co-author of “Navigating Your Career”, a career planning self-study workbook used to help leaders and professionals at all levels successfully manage their careers.

Prior to her consulting career, Joan was responsible for international training and development at a multinational telecommunications organization. Her mandate included sales, management, and product training and performance management in Canada, the Pacific Rim, CALA, Europe, the U.K., Middle East and Africa.
