On January 29, 2009, Robert will be speaking at the annual Leadership Conference, Lubricant’s Division, Petro-Canada on “Negotiating for Win-Win Results”.  Robert’s presentation will demonstrate interest-based techniques to overcome conflict and achieve consensus on important business issues.    These techniques can be utilized in a variety of business situations encompassing retailers, wholesalers, distributors, clients and colleagues.
